I tried out Mandala Studio after purchasing a living social deal. I had tried Zumba once before a few years ago at a different place and I liked the idea of it (dance workout) but I didn't really feel that I was getting a good workout.
I am so glad I tried this place because Zumba with Tiffany is AMAZING! It is an awesome workout - I am literally dripping with sweat for much of the class. My heart rate stays up and Tiffany has such great choreography that I forget that I'm exercising and instead feel like I'm at a dance club! This is definitely the most fun I've ever had in a workout.
The studio itself is relatively small, which means that they're limiting classes to 30 people so you have to get there a bit early to make sure you have a spot.
I will definitely be going back - the Zumba class works out my entire body - every bit of me is sore the next day (in that great, I-know-I-had-a-good-workout-yesterday way).
