Above the Call 4/2/2014

Took the vehicle in for a simple, yet necessary repair to the rubber seal surrounding the windshield. For a "nominal" fee, the repair was completed, saving me about $300.00, what it would have cost to have a large market windshield repair specialty company do th work, as they would only replace the ENTIRE Windshield!!!! Thanks, thanks, thanks!! more

Let's add "sincere concern" about the presenting problem to the title above. Manahawkin Shell cares, quickly diagnoses problems, honors the time of your scheduled appointment, and delivers on schedule. Cost of my repair 40% of what the dealership estimated. I think their TV ad used to say "friendly personnel." A second to that one! more

Very prompt in bringing the vehicle into the bay and completing the prescribed services. Staff is always on top of things and very courteous. Can't beat the entire process! more

Brakes on my Pontiac 1/25/2014

Heard a grinding sound from my brakes. It was a Saturday, so I thought it would take until Monday to get any restult. But I was wrong. Lou told me to bring the car right in, and they would look at it. That same day he had an answer and an estimate. The work was done that day and the final bill was what I was quoted. more

Service experience 1/10/2014

It's all good. All my requests were handled efficiently and within a reasonable time frame. Disappointed that the tires I purchased from QT&M were wearing out after only 34000 mi. The mileage you show for the vehicle is STILL incorrect. It was serviced at 146,400 mi, far from 168,00. Lou makes sure that I receive excellent service and the cost is within reason. more

Took my vehick\le in at the scheduled time, performed all necessary maintenance in an expeditious manner, made recommendations for future maintenance needs. VERY reasonable charges. My mileage is not 168,00+; it is 143,000+!!! more
