Management and Associates

I have been a Florida resident all my life and have been living in a deed restricted community with many rules and regulations. We have seen many companies come through here, all with good intentions, but none that have shown what our most recent company Management and Associates has shown us. I, as well as the other residents, can say that we are confident with this company and absolutely extatic over the pleasant people that we have been dealing with. I was so happy with there customer service and I hope that they take care of us for a long time. It is not any easy process in finding the right Property Management Company, but when you do, you will feel like we do, very satisfied! Pros: Relaible, Confident, Informative, Pleasant, VERY HELPFUL!!!! Cons: The communities NOT managed by M&A are missing out! more

this is the most misinformed group of managers I have ever even worked with or even heard of. They do not follow homeowner association guidlines or believe in compliance with florida statute. It is amazing the level of incompetance they have achieved. Any contact with them should be with the utmost care and concern. If I was a lawyer instead of a real estate developer I would be laughing all the way to the bank. more

This management company is very unprofessional. They do not get back to you when you email or call. We have been waiting for a pool magnetic card fopr a month and have not received it. Its been very sad having to tell my 4 and 3 year olds that we cannot go swimming because we cant get into the pool. Please stear clear fo this company for your own sanity!!! I guess you have no choice if the pace you live uses them, but they are unprofessional and short on the phone. They are condescending and will not release the fees they charge for simple services in advance. This is basically my conversation\r Me-Good morning, I am purchasing a condo at (blank) and wanted to confirm you are the point of contact\r Lady-So\r Me-are you?\r Lady-What do you need?\r Me-a lender information form and your fax number\r Lady- ?They can send the info sheet and we'll fill it out and we charge a fee.\r Me-OK, thank you, what's the fee?\r Lady-I don't do fees.\r Me-Can you give me a ballpark?\r Lady-I don't do fees.\r Me-well can you estimate so I can plan accordingly?\r Lady-I don't know, it depends on how long it is Maybe a $100 maybe $150.\r Me- Total, per page or per hour?\r Lady-I don't do fees, the manager who knows will be here later next week, why don't you call back then.\r Pros: They returned the call after I left a message.
