This company is terrible to rent from. They will take everything out of the deposit they possibly can. We worked for two days deep cleaning and fixing things and they still charged us for it. Do not rent with them. more

Having rented from several different property management company's in the Boise area since 1998. Out of all of them, Management Corp has been my BEST experience ever! From the friendly staff, to direct concern to take care of my needs or my property needs, fast response, VERY FAIR & REASONABLE with all the accounting of rent and deposit usage. In the complex I am in, there are many who have been there for more than 3 years, several that have been there for much longer! This is all because of the consistent fair treatment and friendly staff. more

This is a horrible place to rent from. They charge you after you move out for outlandish things like cob webs and spiders being in the apartment (like you control the spiders). They do not keep up on maintence and they are liars. The house I lived in caused me to have asthma, and they are now trying to say it is my fault, after I have had a professional mold inspector say otherwise. NEVER RENT FROM THEM. They are horrible and rude people. more

I rented an apartment from Management Corporation for six months. I have always paid my rents on time, and am always clean and quiet. Before moving out I carefully cleaned the whole apartment over a week. Yet in the end I was charged with every conceivable, random ""cleaning"" services, and lost my entire deposit ($375) plus $70 more. Looking around online I found that actually this is very common: lots of other renters were scammed of their deposits and more by Management Corporation. If only I have done my research online before renting from them!!! The lesson: don't ever rent from Management Corporation, unless you don't mind paying ~$400 extra. more

I rented a management corp property for six months. I'm a pretty clean person because of my ocds and working nights I was hardly ever home. My rent was always on time and management never had a problem with me. They were fine until I moved out. I spent three days with one of my friends cleaning the place from top to bottom and then they not only took my entire deposit, but sent me an invoice for an additional $65. Such charges included $10 for sending me the bill, $50 for going through the process, $20 for a cleaning lady who went to look at the place and couldn't get in and then outrageous amounts for cleaning the blinds and carpets. My advice to you is definitely take lots of pictures when you move in and make sure they have a time stamp. Then take some pictures when you leave as well. The only thing I did in that place was use some thumb tacks for some posters. That hardly amounts up to $400. more
