I had to come because My Dr. felt a lump. They were all very nice and very gentle! This was my first time going to get a mammogram and I always heard horror stories about other places either being super insensitive or just not caring. They seem to really care and I had no problems with billing. more

Had to go in because my Dr. Found a lump. The service was timely and everyone there was really nice! I expected a lot of pain and was relieved at how gentle they were. I don't understand the other reviewer who said the billing wasn't good. They have someone you can talk to who answers your questions. more

This place seems to be efficient in their actual services but when it comes to billing, forget it. This is the second time they have billed my insurance wrong, instead of a routine mammogram they bill it as something other than and my insurance co does not pay it. I then have to go around and around with them and do all the leg work to clear it up. I even try to make it clear when I go in for the appt. but the girls seem to be more involved in their weekend stories instead of concentrating on what they are doing. If they don't bill it right again then I guess they just won't get paid. I rated them average because it seems these days, that it is the norm to not really give a sh.. about doing your job right, no matter where you go. Pros: No long wait Cons: incorrect billing causes unnecessary work for patient. more
