Our family has gone through several of the 'dental mills' (most recently Dental Plus in Pasadena)-- and they're a nightmare. Assembly line dentistry, you get treated poorly, wait forever, never see the same face, and get high pressure sales tactics to buy ups and extras not included by insurance. \r \r Then everything changed when we switched to this office. Small office, with two or three (I've only seen two) dentists. Friendly staff, seldom any wait over 5 minutes. Dr Klieger is friendly and personable, and seems to actually care about each patient. Asks after the family. No high pressure sales. This is dentistry the way it should be-- the way I remember it from my youth, but with high tech equipment. HIghly, highly recommended.
