I am reading online reviews after I purchased my car since I was curious but it worked out fine because this ended up as a good experience. Here are my observations from my visit at Major World Ford. Pros •Exceptional selection, I saw literally over 1500 used cars and trucks •Free valet parking...always great in NYC •They have wi-fi :) thats a big deal for me :) •Diverse staff •And at lease for my experience, they were straight and upfront about all the numbers, prices, etc. Cons •Had to wait 10 mins for a salesperson since all were busy, however the manager Jr., was apologetic and actually began to help me until a salesman became available. •They wouldnt let me put more than 4,000 on a credit card (bank check or personal check for remainder Hope you guys find my review helpful for you future car purchase more
