We are very upset at the amount of money we were billed and paid after seeing what was done. Does a minor rebuild mean simply putting in a new flapper and leaving the corroded one inside the handle? What was done to fix the drains? Toby was very nice, but as non plumbers, we have no idea why the expense was over $1,000 and why he even worked on the downstairs toilet. I had not indicated a leak as in older ones upstairs, but he seemed to think it needed to be done regardless. My mother-in-law is the owner of this condo, and although I usually don’t share her thoughts, this expense troubles me more and more. I would like a complete breakdown of work done in laymen’s terms. What time frame were we billed for? He didn’t arrive until around 9 am and then had to wait for parts to be delivered. It didn’t seem to take long for him to do what he needed to do. We request total disclosure and adjustment of unnecessary work done. If satisfactory explanations are given, we will not review on social media. My initial call was to repair 2 toilet leaks and unclog 2 sinks and one bathtub. More information please! more

The plumber was good once he arrived. It took 3 days and several calls to their answering service to get him here. I was promised help between 12 and 3 on the second day. They called at 3 and said they were running late. I WAITED UNTIL 7 PM for their arrival. Then began several calls to the answering service. Finally, about 9pm the service (Who were embarrassed for the inaction of their client) said thst someone would call me in the morning. They did call just after 8am on the 3rd day and schefuled sn appointment between 2 and 4pm. The.plumber did arrive about 3 :15pm and promptly keyed in data to his ipad without even looking at the problem. He quoted me a $211.00 price. He then proceeded to remove the toilet from the floor and re-assessed the problem and said it wasn't as bad as he thought and that my bill would probably be less. ( He might have known that sooner if he had researched the problem before issuing his price quote.) Anyway, he fixed the problem and was finished in 30 minutes. He did a good job as far as I was able to determine. He re-calculated his first estimate and my bill was now $99.82. I thought that was a fair price. I do wish that management would have been more upfront with me on arrival day and time as I lost almost two days waiting for a 30 minute job. more

This was the 2nd or 3rd time Toby has been in my home too repair or deliver something and I was pleased each time. I recommend him for worker of the year. more

This is the second time we called from the Lake Mary area for service and both times we received same day service even though they were booked a few days out. WPP does try to get a tech right out to assess the situation if needed. Toby was our tech both times and he is very courteous, polite and knowledgeable and trustworthy.
