More than pleased. My experience with Tom and his team was excellent from the day I stepped into their office. I was convinced they knew what they were doing from the initial meeting alone. After a single day on the job I had updates from the investigators and was clear as to what was going on. I knew I could call Tommy if I needed anything and he made me feel comfortable. Overall my experience was great and have referred him to my friends/family that may need his services. Great person & company. more

Excellent Service, Commendable Communication 5/2/2012

Thorough investigators who communicate so well. Family run business, which is a plus in my world. Within seconds of my meeting with Tommy, his investigator provided me with more knowledge than I have ever been given and I had not even hired them yet. She was on the computer using her resources and showed me everything first hand. That alone, I knew they would go the extra mile for my case. If you want someone to get the job done and not waste your money call these folks! more

Professional & Prompt 4/23/2012

Maiolo Investigations has been doing business for me for over 8 years now and have not let me down. All of the staff is professional, courteous, and understanding to my client's situations. They will tell it to you straight, but that's what they need to hear in this business. They have always been prompt during times of surveillance and provide pictures, video, and reports. I have referred them to many colleagues and they only continue to impress. more

Exceptional Service and Accuracy 3/29/2012

I only met two of the investigators for this company but they both were great to work with. I won't name names as Im sure that needs to be as private as possible but I received exceptional service with my case and couldn't ask for more. The investigators worked on my case for approximately 3 1/2 months and always gave me updates and kept me informed of my spouse's interactions with other individuals. A great package was given to me at the end which included a DVD of great footage. Thanks to this company I will not have to pay alimony which saves me a bundle. Highly recommend this company for all your investigation needs. more

Can't be more satisfied! 3/21/2012

After debate I chose to hire and Private Investigator and I am glad I did so. I couldn't be happier with the results he saved me a lot of money in the long run. If you need someone that will complete the job professionally and legally contact Tommy. He will get you results and keep you updated throughout. more
