I recommend them highly 9/9/2010

Owner of 3 rental units: Mainlander seems to handle both the tenants and the property in an exemplary way. They are doing far better than I did when I managed the properties myself in terms of tenant screening and handling. They really clobber the landlord with charges when there is turnover, but I am so happy with their efforts with the tenants and maintenance that I just bit the bullet on Extra $375 finders fee. I still recommend them highly. But if you have other ideas, look for high quality and substantially lower charges for finding new tenants. more

I would recommend mainlander 9/2/2010

I am surprised by what I am reading. I have been renting from mainlander for about 2 years and have had a good experience so far. They are quick to get repairs taken care of...sometimes even same day :-). From the reviews I have read it does not seem like they (as renters, or past renters) were very reasonable to work with...that might have been the problem. I would recommend mainlander to friends and family looking to rent. Plus their houses are a lot nicer than the dumps you find on craigslist. more
