Owner of 3 rental units: Mainlander seems to handle both the tenants and the property in an exemplary way. They are doing far better than I did when I managed the properties myself in terms of tenant screening and handling. They really clobber the landlord with charges when there is turnover, but I am so happy with their efforts with the tenants and maintenance that I just bit the bullet on Extra $375 finders fee. I still recommend them highly. But if you have other ideas, look for high quality and substantially lower charges for finding new tenants.
