I was excited to find a lab that accepts mail-in orders for 120 film! But unfortunately this is by far the worst lab I have ever used. My film had residue all over, as a result the scans looked like crap. I cleaned one of the rolls (35mm) myself because I have the ability to scan it myself. I took one of the medium format rolls back. They promised to clean the negatives and make new scans. Two weeks later I get my film back: scans look the same, negatives look worse... This place is a dump! I will NEVER go back there. Pros: Mail-in (but the cons void this pro) Cons: Quality of work,long wait,customer service more

Horrible customer service 6/16/2008

It took more than 3 weeks for Main Photo to process my slide film and scan it onto a CD. Which is ridiculous. I'm still waiting to receive it by mail... During the 3 weeks, I called intermittently, asking when my order will be completed. Each time, they told me it would be done and shipped out that day. Their guarantees are clearly worthless and their customer service is laughable. They lack professionalism and structure, and I will never use Main Photo again. more
