Excellent neighborly service from the mailboxes right on up to the laundry. This business had a past but they've moved on. Great attention to the customer's details. I've been with them from the beginning and had a good experience through it all. I highly recommend this local business as highly competitive with the big guys. more

The new owner of Mail Call Plus (Chris) is a good business man and neighborhood advocate. He is fair, honest, personable and accommodating. There is no reason to run to the main post office or FedEx because Chris can do it all at his office. When you can get a fair priced PO Box like his then you have a full service small post office right in the neighborhood. If you live in Hillcrest, Middleton, Mission Hills or any surrounding area you are close by. He deserves your business! He has ours!!! more

This business has now moved down the street from the listed address here, and is run out of a house at 4020 Falcon St., San Diego ,CA. Initially, it seemed like a good business, but it is far from it. Here are a few complaints about Mail Call Plus:\r \r 1) The owner bid for a printing job I need completed and then when I went to pick it up the cost was tripled.\r \r 2) This business sells items on eBay (eBay profile: tinamailcall) and not only sold some of my items and has not reimbursed me for them, but has also sold my personal items that were not for sale. Some of my items were left exposed to the elements in the driveway and in the backyard. Items have become broken or lost in their possession and then they have denied responsibility for it. They have also lost receipts and have poor recordkeeping.\r \r While I understand that the other reviewer gave this business a positive review, I must admit I was a loyal customer also, but at this point I am out several hundred dollars, and would like others to be aware that this is a company that you should not allow to sell your stuff and if you do make sure you have a contract and keep any paperwork you receive.\r Pros: Everything is at one place, you can pick up your dry cleaning and send off a package. Cons: Poor recordkeeping, items sold, but no reimbursement, changed bid price. more

You name it, Tina can do it. Mail Call Plus has been a life saver more than once for me. And she is very obliging as to hours of operation. Many times I have called as I'm on my way to the store to ""Pick Up Laundry"", make that last minute Fedex Drop or just get some stamps. \r more
