I am so glad that we have finally found a reliable, consistent, and professional cleaning service for our home. Like others, we have had some bad experiences with others who have cleaned for us, so we were a little hesitant to get started with someone new. Much to our happy surprise, Maid Pro is just what we needed to help keep us happy and clean! We had our first cleaning with MaidPro last Tuesday, and we couldn't be more pleased. I have hesitated to hire someone to clean my house for years because I'd had bad experiences with other services...sloppy cleaning, once I came home to my front door left open, etc. But I finally got frustrated enough with being too busy to keep my house as clean as I want it, so after looking online I found MaidPro, and thought we'd give them a try. From the phone call to set up our first cleaning to the follow up afterward, they have done an excellent job. The person they sent to clean our house did a great job, she spent five hours and my house is sparkling. My husband was home while she cleaned, and he said she was professional, friendly, and he was very comfortable with her. I loved coming home to a clean house, and we will be using them from now on. They followed up to make sure that we were happy with everything, which I really appreciate as well. Great job, MaidPro! I'd recommend them to any of my friends. more

So I was a bit apprehensive to try a new service, but MaidPro was recommended to me and I decided to try them out. Maid Pro has been wonderful in so many ways. 1. Customer Service - Every single person I have talked to or seen in person has been very nice and willing to do whatever it takes to make my experience the best it can possibly be. When you sign up for service, they fill out a paper of any special requests for your house and the service provider will follow your requests to a t. You receive a phone call or an email reminder before every service, and then you receive another contact afterwards asking if you were happy with your service. Wow! 2. Employee care- MaidPro takes good care of their service providers. They get recognition and/or bonuses for doing great jobs, benefits, and MaidPro is insured and bonded. So the service providers are happy people entering your home. 3. Careful workers - We have been using MaidPro now for nine months. Our service provider is very careful with our house and does a wonderful job cleaning. I no longer comb the house looking for broken objects and furniture scratches. In addition, my dog and kids love her! We feel like our service provider is really an extension of our family. I would recommend MaidPro in a heartbeat. Try them out and I think you will feel the same! more

MaidPro is really exceptional. I am in West Houston and I hired MaidPro about 4 months ago to start cleaning our home. I have been really pleased with the quality of work, but just as impressed with the level of service from the office. I appreciate that we get to select our regular cleaner that services our home but even when she was on vacation this summer her replacement was good too. I would recommend MaidPro to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, insured service. more

Recently I went back to work so hubby insisted I let our cleaning lady go and find a service that is bonded and insured since we wouldn't be able to be home while the cleaning was done. I didn't realize what I was missing until I hired MaidPro as my cleaning service. I was fed up with other cleaners doing a crappy job, or not showing up at all. With MaidPro they are insured & bonded so I simply registered my key and by the time I get in the afternoon the home is transformed into a clean & tidy home every time. I highly recommend MaidPro if you are looking for a great cleaning service in Sugarland, Tx. Love them, they keep me sane & the house looking great even if the rest of my life is insane. Lol.
