TERRIBLE CLEANING!! 3/29/2013

I was hesitant to hire a maid service & rightly so! They almost ruined my hardwood floors wet mopping them & 2 hrs. later when I returned home my hardwoods were still dripping wet! They barely dusted & left areas undusted, did not clean my bathroom well, still a lot of soap scum in shower. Didn't touch the splash back on my stove- had spots & dust! Left streaks on my mirrors & left spots. Almost broke off the plastic cover on my thermostat... what was that about??!! Didn't clean my ceiling fans. Didn't touch the trim & baseboards, dusted (sort of) my wooden blinds & left the slats turned all different directions. I will NEVER use them again or refer anyone to them. Of course customer service apologized & wanted to do a re-clean, but I don't want anyone from their cleaning service in my home again. Then customer service told me I have to pay for a one time cleaning which is $63.00 above the $187.00 I had already paid, unbelievable! Terrrible cleaning service!! more

Super Service Award 5/8/2012

These guys are really stellar in the service department. We have been customers for 2 years and they are still doing a good job for us. Our assigned maid is great, when she was on vacation the replacement lady was just as good. more

Good value for the service provided 3/10/2012

I have to say the experience we have had with MaidPro is much different then other services we have tried. Overall, this company seems to be a well run outfit. They offer good cleaning but the customer service is equal to what you would expect in the 21st century. They answer the phone, they take requests, and they follow up with us on a regular basis to make sure we are pleased. Overall we are pleased and have been using them about 6 months now. more

Finally a Maid Company in the 21st century. They have e-mail, answer the phone, and actually have qualified people answering the phones. The cleaing staff I get are professional and did a great job. These guys are way ahead of the other services I have tried in the past, and in a good way. more

Finally pulled the plug! 4/26/2011

We finally pulled the plug and changed from our old service to MaidPro. I wish I would have switched earlier because the quality of the work and level of service are much much better than the last service we were with for two years. They have surprisingly great service for this type of business. We have a 3500 square foot home and they did a great overall job cleaning. They also did the blinds and baseboards which my prior service never did. Would recommend them. more

Honest Maids! 7/11/2010

We lost an envelope with $700 of cash in it at Christmas time, actually we thought we lost it at the airport. MaidPro did a first cleaning for us last week and when we got home the envelope was on top of my husband's desk with all the money in it! We selected MaidPro because they back ground check all their staff and we can't be home during cleanings. That was a decision that really paid off for us! more

Good, Reliable, Trustworthy 10/20/2009

MaidPro has been cleaning for our home for about 9 months and we have been happy with the service but what really impressed me was when the office called last week to tell me the maid had found my wife's emerald earring under the couch cushion. We didn't even know it was missing but my wife was so thankful because it's a family heirloom. No more falling asleep on the couch honey. Thanks MaidPro! more

I've been a MaidPro customer for nearly a year and I must say that I have been extremely impressed with the cleaning but also how they always call to make sure I am happy with the service, their customer service is awesome and I always feel taken care of. Other businesses should take notes from MaidPro on how to take care of a customer. Very professional. more

Had to book a last minute gift for my wife. Called Maidpro and they were at my house the next day to clean as a surprise for my wife's b-day. I was a hero and the house looked great. The kids liked the special sticker things they put in the bathroom. Would highly recommend. more

Overated and over priced 10/14/2009

Well, I feel ripped off! I was swayed by all the positive feedback I saw on line. So, I thought I'd give them a try. They were very expensive! Over $200 for a house cleaning (2400 sq ft) No better than other cleaning services I have used and at double the price. Was not impressed. Their was still mold in my shower. When I called they said something about it "being a process". Sorry, for over $200 bucks I expect a clean shower the first time. Will not use again or recommend. more

Finally a real maid service! 12/27/2008

After using a local lady for years I finally got fed up with her declining service. I used a couple other services before MaidPro so I can confidently say they are the best I have found in Katy, Tx. Everything is always spotless & the house always smells amazing. Plus, I like that they leave a comment card so I can rank the job they did. Really great customer service to. A+ in my book. more

I must say I am really picky about how my home is cleaned but now that MaidPro has been cleaning for me for over six months I have to say they do an amazing job every time they come and the maids are very professional and always on time (unlike my last service). They are the best maid service I have found in Katy, Tx. so I wanted to pass on my positive experience. more
