I was very happy with the spring cleaning this company performed for me. My home is a rather larger home (about 3,000 sq ft) and the team of ladies they sent worked tirelessly from 9am to 5pm. They cleaned every surface including the walls and windows. I am very pleased with the result and would refer them in an instant. more

Very Nice Cleaning Service 4/11/2013

This service cleans for my family every other week and does a very nice job. They are very professional and the cleaning is almost always consistent. I've recommended them to several family members who needed to switch from another service that wasn't doing the best. It's a nice company. more

Good Cleaning Service 3/3/2013

Still using this Ocean State for house cleaning and it's been almost a year. Service has been consistent and quality of the work is good so I have recommended this company to several friends and business associates. They are easy to work with having been very accommodating on the few occasions when I’ve had to rearrange our cleaning schedule. They have recently started using an email survey service that allows me to grade them on the service the team provided every week. This has been a very useful tool to help me tweak the service so that the areas I feel are the most important are getting added attention from the cleaning team. If you are looking to hire a cleaning service I would recommend you give Ocean State a try. more

Ocean State Cleaners...cheap and thats what they are! 9/26/2012

We have Ocean State cleaners come into our place and all they do is the garbage! We purposly set up messes behind/under things to see if they cleaned..and NO! Very upset, and having a walk through with other cleaning crews this week to replace them..so good ridence! more

An Altruistic Company - A RARE find! 9/18/2011

I wanted to commend this cleaning company because of the work they do for the community. I am currently battling cancer and I am having a real hard time keeping up with my home. I had first tried to go through a women's cancer cleaning nonprofit but couldn't even get them to return my call or emails. I then stumbled across the website for this cleaning company and found out that they provide no-cost cleaning services for anyone fighting a life threatening disease. I called them in tears and Kara added me to the schedule that very same day. I truly could not believe how altruistic this company is and how willing they were to help without asking for a dime from me. Since I can afford to pay for some of the service I told them I didn't need a free cleaning service but rather a discount to make the cleaning services affordable to me. I wanted to tell everyone not only about how professional the cleaning staff that came to my house was and what a wonderful job they did but also how helpful Kara was to me on the phone. In my eyes, this company is a true hero. In this day and age, what a rare find! more
