Simply the very best cleaning service I have ever used in several states and many situations. Fair and professional pricing, personable and diligent employees, caring and talented folks who go above and beyond every single time. I used them three times over the last few months preparing my deceased mother's house for funeral services, then staging for sale, and finally a clean out for the buyers. All I can say is "Wow!" There's simply no debate, they are the best of the best and very affordable to boot. Also they are compassionate and fun - they genuinely enjoy their work and care about their customers in a way I have never seen in any other cleaning service. From delicate items to huge messes, I would trust them completely with my home. I only wish they worked in my state so I could hire them to clean my own house! I hired them to clean my mother's house, which had not been cleaned in years. It took them a couple of days to get the job done. Similar to a car being detailed, I basically had them detail the house before the new owners moved in.\r Member Comments: I needed someone to do a VERY thorough clean and they exceeded my expectations. The people were polite and kept me informed all along. They never went ahead and did something additional without asking first. They were very very good and professional. They were a little on the expensive side but they were worth every penny. They were very nice and brought their own equipment. Maid O' Matic is the best cleaning service in the Abuquerque area. Terri and Tammy run an efficient busines with top notch employees who always display the highest level of professionalism. I have used Maid O' Matic for at least 4 years for light cleaning, cleaning out rentals that were trashed and for speciality cleaning. They have responded to several "emergency" type situations which I needed a service quickly and they have never disappointed me.\r \r I own a business and I use them both for my business and my own home. more

If you want someone to lie to you, insult you and call you names if you dare question their 'authority', then hire this service. Do not expect them to honor their advertised 'licensed/bonding.' If something is broken, unless it is right in front of them (and I would wonder even then), their 'investigation' to the questionable employee is "did you break this?" Of course, the answer is no; situation closed. Expect hidden costs (apart from possible breakage) and insults to your intelligence. They might do you a favor and take out a trash bag. If you are not too picky and don't care if you and your items/home are trashed, this is the service for you. I'd rate them -5 stars, but that one is required as minimum here. more

Poor customer service and follow-up after install. My carpet was not installed properly and I can't get anyone to follow-up. Multiple calls to the show-room and the salesman without follow-up. more
