My wife and I have been using this cleaning service for over 5 years every other week.\r \r We have referred co-workers and friends and will continue to do so..\r \r When a situation arises with a cleaner (their only human after all), the office staff has a compassionate ear and the issue is rectified within a day.\r \r No complaints from us. more

Mom had hip surgery a couple of months…\r \r Mom had hip surgery a couple of months ago and I was unable to make the weekly trip to Charlotte to clean for her.\r \r Found Maid In Heaven online and submitted a request for an estimate. Estimate was very reasonable so I contacted them to clean for Mom on a weekly basis.\r \r She has been very pleased with each and every cleaner she has had. more

Scheduled an appointment for 8am. At a little after 8, Patricia from the office called to let me know Allison was stuck in traffic and would be there directly. (I thought this was GREAT customer service). Allison arrived, apologized for being late and got right to work. She did an outstanding job. I am one happy, will call again soon customer! more

For more than 5 years Maid In Heaven has been cleaning for me on a weekly basis. The quality of the ladies who come to clean is unsurpassed. When an issue arises, all I have to do is call the office, it is resolved promptly and corrected with the next cleaning. The service Maid In Heaven provides is vital to my well being!
