Thoroughly satisfied with the work that maid brigrade does 6/23/2011

I'm picky when it comes to cleanliness. I'm not OCD about it, but my standards are apparently higher than most people's. That explains why, when people ask what it costs for Maid Brigade to clean our two-story, 1,500 s.f. home, they sometimes balk. They want to pay someone $50 to spend 2-3 hours cleaning their homes. I've been to those people's homes, and frankly, I can see the difference between the $50 job and the work Maid Brigade does. We always get the same team in our home--it's been about two years now, and during a time of unemployment and overwhelming medical issues, the franchise was kind enough to work out a deal so that they'd clean a smaller area of our home). That's good service. The team (they always send at least two employees to clean your home) is always wonderful. I am thoroughly satisfied with the work that Maid Brigade does. more

I have been using Maid Brigade for about 3 months now. I LOVE that I can call the manager and let her know my concerns or special requests. They go above and beyond to make sure our house is clean. Being a full-time working mom, it allows me to spend more time with my family than worrying about cleaning the house. more

Absolutely Horrible Cleaning. 3/26/2011

Absolutely Horrible Cleaning. This company is over priced and not worth the money for the pitiful poor cleaning job we received. When we complained, they did not honor their 100% guarantee. My friend's 17 year old daughter did a better job cleaning than two of their supposed ""best"". Pathetic! I will never use them again. I recommend you find another company to do your cleaning services. Don't know how these people stay in business. more

6 maid hours to clean a small apartment 6/30/2010

I hired Maid Brigade to do the move out cleaning on my 2/1 975 sq ft apartment in Montrose. It took six maid hours to complete the job, even after a preliminary cleaning. This is not a disgusting bachelor pad; there is no reason why it should have taken them so long to complete the job. The maids also left my AC on 65 to run for the next 24 hours, and sufficiently ruined a set of blinds. My hush money? a $17 dollar credit. Use another service. Problem with scheduling 5/4/2010

I had this maid service come last Friday, for a once a month cleaning. The cleaning crew did an excellent job. When I called to have them come in once a month, they said that they reserved Fridays for their weekly or biweekly cleaning customers. This was not mentioned to me when I made my first appointment. I felt that they were trying to scam me into paying for cleaning more often then I needed it. Pros: Good cleaning Cons: scheduling more
