Maid Brigade has been cleaning our home for 3 years now. I couldn't imagine having a different cleaning service. I get to spend the weekend relaxing instead of cleaning. That is a huge weight off of my shoulders. Im very thankful for their excellent work. They treat my home as if it were their own. I would definitely recommend Maid Brigade of Bartlett to anyone who needs their home cleaned. more

I just hired Maid Brigade to clean my house for the first time. I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to come in and get my house clean. They really paid attention to the details. I would definitely recommend Maid Brigade of Bartlett to anyone who wants a service to take the dreaded task of housecleaning off their ?To Do List?. One other note, I like the call the day before to remind me of the clean and the approximate time they plan on arriving. The lady at the office was also very helpful and gave me a few tips to get the best results like cleaning up the clutter so the girls could concentrate on cleaning. Will definitely hire again. more

I just had Maid Brigade of Bartlett clean my house. I was very happy with the whole experience. The team initially showed up and spent a few minutes determining the areas that needed special attention and got right to work. \r I have lots of rust stains in the bathroom tubs & sinks and they did a great job of removing the stains. The ladies who did the work were very professional and worked quickly. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs help with housecleaning. more

Maid Brigade of Bartlett was very fair on the price of cleaning my home. I'm very busy with my computer business and getting a price and booking the clean was a breeze. The girls got done close to the time they quoted but had to spend a little extra time cleaning my bath rooms but they needed it. The ladies who cleaned were very detail oriented and very pleasant to have in my home. I would recommend Maid Brigade to all who are too busy too clean. more

Dissatisfied and will not use again. Unfortunately the maids do not follow directions and they talked most of the time to each other instead of cleaning. The maids will do light house work but anything beyond that is unattainable with this company. The owner is unpleasant. Save yourself a headache and go with another company. more

I called Maid Brigade to inquire about their house cleaning service and was impressed with the friendly and helpful staff that explained what was involved in the cleaning as well as setting me up for a convenient time that fit into my schedule. I was also very impressed with the team when they arrived to do the cleaning. They spent time explaining the areas they were going to clean before they started. The team did a great job and I was impressed with how quickly they were able to complete the job. I would definately recommend Maid Brigade to anyone who needs help getting their home cleaned. more

They call before they come and clean which was a huge help and reminder. I appreciate that the soap scum was gone when I got home. The cleaner was a lifesaver this week. more

Would not recommend 4/4/2012

Please do not use this company the owner is judgmental and insulting. I used Maid Brigade a couple of years ago but ended my contract because, I was unhappy. The maids seem to rush the cleaning because they are on a tight schedule dictated by management. A few weeks ago I gave them another chance, which was a terrible idea. I have been caring for a baby and have been working out of my house full time for the last year. I contacted Maid Brigade again, because I needed help getting my house back in order. We have been using Maid Brigade of Bartlett for several years now. We are extremely happy with their service. The girls are always prompt and friendly and do a great clean. If I ever need anything special, I leave them a note, and they're right on it. So glad to have Maid Brigade taking care of our home! more

Not so "sparkling clean" customer service! 8/30/2011

We hired Maid Brigade to clean our home and they represented that they were fully insured and bonded. One of their employees damaged our woodwork and we tried for almost a month to work with Maid Brigade to have the wood work repaired. They offered to send an office worker of Maid Brigade with no professional experience repairing wood work to fix the issue in our home. When we stated that this was not acceptable and we wanted our house key returned, Maid Brigade placed our key in an envelope sent through regular mail. I was disturbed with the disregard that Maid Brigade had shown for my family/home by mailing our house key in a non secure manner. more
