I've been using Maid Brigade for over 2 years. That I still use them is a good indication of what I think of the work they do. Always pleasant but focused and dedicated to the work at hand. Management is very responsive to all feedback and inquiries. more

Would recommend if you can state your specific requests and are looking for a 'green' company. Very responsive in case you are unhappy with the extent or quality of cleaning. Very responsive management staff. more

There is nothing like coming home after a long day and finding your home clean and welcoming. These women are amazing! They are so tolerant of my messy, disorganized ways. They just clean up around my chaos. Which is wonderful. They are professional and sweet... as well as ... Considerate of my High Maintenance Cat! The owner and each maid we have met have been professional, friendly and understanding of our family's' situations and needs. Their goal always seems to be thorough, courteous and to use their time efficiently. We have not always been able to keep our cleaning dates and The Maid Brigade were caring and accommodating. Dennis and Maid Brigade sister teams were always wonderful, courteous, very professional. Also, Dennis is always flexible, willing to work with you for any issue. He even waived a cancellation fee (last minute) due to a house move. Loyal, trustworthy (a plus), down to earth, very green, and very professional ... Thanks Dennis, be back soon! more

The BEST in every way 3/31/2015

I have been using Maid Brigade for 5+ years. I've always had house cleaners... but after the last fiasco (no show, broken stuff, spotty cleaning) I decided to try a cleaning service. I checked out several and Maid Brigade ended up to be the most trustworthy, professional, committed service I've ever experienced. Dennis, the owner has always been super responsive, caring and on top of his people. My team of workers are so diligent, committed and desirous of making my home cleaner than I ever could would be enough. EXCEPT that Maria, the office manager and Dennis go above and beyond to ensure that any schedule changes I may have, any issues I might experience...are handled with care and respect. I seriously would not know what to do if the Maid Brigade team wasn't a part of my family. No, this is not a paid advert. Trust me, I'm more than willing to post a critical review if appropriate. Money well spent; every week. more

I think the "Maid Brigade" did spotless cleaning at kitchen and bath. It's very fresh and clean! 3/31/2015

"Maid Brigade" The Maids are highly skilled workers. They come fully equipped with vacuum-mop-blower to clean outside patio-plus some cleaner. No chemical is used throughout the home. I told the Maid, "Please dry dust certain places. Just use liquid for kitchen and bathroom." They listened to me. That liquid doesn't smell at all. So, I'm not allergic. T. M. more

Had them do a move in cleaning of a 4 bd. house. Did a great job, very professional 3/31/2015

First time use if this cleaning service. They did a great job on a 4 berm, 2 bath home for a move out/in cleaning. Scheduling was quick and the cleaning team arrived on time. The home was clean and ready for move in by the end of the day. more

All the ladies are great. We have had several different teams. They are all sweet, polite and respectful. Some are better at seeing things than others. Specifically dust. Overall, very pleaded. more
