I have been using Maid Brigade for 5+ years. I've always had house cleaners... but after the last fiasco (no show, broken stuff, spotty cleaning) I decided to try a cleaning service. I checked out several and Maid Brigade ended up to be the most trustworthy, professional, committed service I've ever experienced. Dennis, the owner has always been super responsive, caring and on top of his people. My team of workers are so diligent, committed and desirous of making my home cleaner than I ever could would be enough. EXCEPT that Maria, the office manager and Dennis go above and beyond to ensure that any schedule changes I may have, any issues I might experience...are handled with care and respect. I seriously would not know what to do if the Maid Brigade team wasn't a part of my family. No, this is not a paid advert. Trust me, I'm more than willing to post a critical review if appropriate.
Money well spent; every week.
