I have truly enjoyed your service. I have used Maid Brigade longer than any other cleaning service -- and that's saying a lot.

Worst

Although the actual maids efficient, the management team really needs to get their stuff together. I have never experienced such bad customer service from a company in the SERVICE...

SUPER clean but pricey 3/9/2006

I have been 'trying out' cleaning services - (this is what I told my husband so I could keep getting the house cleaned). The maid brigade was exactly that - three cleaners focused on certain specialties who cleaned the !@#$# out of my house. They cleaned the toaster oven - I usually just buy a new one. The cleaned stuff I had totally given up on. They vacuumed for like 2 hours! Then they left with a $265 bill for 2 1/2 hours. They said that the first time would be like a 'spring cleaning' and the more regular cleanings would be shorter. However, after three calls to them, I still have no idea what that time or cost would be. My cleaning service 'trying out' privileges have been revoked. more
