The Mahone Group in Marietta, GA is not a good company to work for. If you work in their office, you will witness and be a victim of extreme verbal abuse. The owners, Rob and Susan Young, are some of the most terrible, non-Christian, human beings I have ever encountered. \r \r If you interview with them for a position for one of their clients, you may or may not fall prey to their abuse. If they like you, they will butter you up with their fake kindness. If they do not like you, they will roll their eyes during their interview with you, they will judge you on MANY different levels (from your resume to how you are dressed to the way you wear your hair to what size you are.) \r \r It is my suggestion to stay as far away from this company as possible. I know in this tough economy it's nice when someone calls you for an interview, but I would NOT meet with them. more

Where do I begin, first off Susan is absolutely horrible. She tells you I'm going to do whatever I can do to find you employment THAT's A LIE! Sent me on multiple blank missions. Sent me on an interview and the lady had already hired someone, she told me that she never told told Susan to send me over and that she knew she'd hired someone. I drove 45 min. to get there I called Susan and she acted like she was so shocked. FAKE!The second time they finally got me some work for a doctors office, mind you I've only been here for 1 hr. no one there to train me or tell me what to do, I get a call from Rob saying that the doctor doesn't want me there because I don't know what I'm doing, yeah you're right I don't I've only been here for 1 hr. and no one has shown me anything they expected me to just jump in and know what to do off the bat, Rob was extremely apologetic and understanding as he told me I know some doctors you can't please and we will do everything to find you some where else to go. Never happened, it has been over 3 months and they just now called me asking me have I found employment literally 10 min. ago. I gladly told them yes I have with no thanks to you! I had applied for tons of positions they emailed me and you're sitting around talking about how bad you guys need to get these positions filled but you have people ready and willing to work but no call backs. Susan and Brenda told me that I was well qualified, great resume, good references, and stable work history. I would not recommend this company to anyone! They definately need to work on their communication skills as well as their customer service skills. I do want to say this, just because I had a bad experience with this company doesn't mean that anyone will or that you shouldn't give them a try, I just personally would not recommend them myself because of the horrilbe experience I have had. more

THIS IS NOT A SCAM! THIS IS A WARNING! A word of advice for anyone who is thinking about being a recruiter for this company: I have never worked in such an abusive environment in all my life!! The owner, Robert Young, screams, curses, and hovers over you and your desk! I still have nightmares about this place. His wife, Susan Young, is cruel and abusive as well. I called previous employees to see if they had been treated the same, or if it was just me that turned Robert Young into a monster, and they all confirmed the same treatment. One of the people I called had another person in the background say, ?He is a very bad man!? The previous employees told me that they were so desperate for employment that they stayed as long as they could. Even if you are desperate for a job, ?DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!? I wished someone had written something so that I would have known what I was getting myself into before I had invested my time in this company. I have tried to get in contact with recruiters at the mahone group and the receptionist ALWAYS tells me they are busy?!?! seriously, how can you treat people like that who are trying to find a job. rob, susan, caleta, and diane lack people skills. they do not want you to call, but you can only e-mail them. they do not want to talk to you. you also wait FOREVER when you are in the office to fill out paperwork, interview, and get tested. i have a college degree from a prestigous school and i have so many skills and a certification and i am completely ignored. they need to get their act together and help people like me!
