Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Thank you all so much for taking such good care of me and my ""mouth""! You turned my past experience of going to the dentist into a much more fun thing to look forward to. Dr. Rashti - you especially made the past six month bearable! I cannot express enough how awful my experience with Dr. Rashti has been. I had seen her back in March 2010, i needed a tooth extracted and implant done. After quoting me over $5400.00 for the procedures, she said I HAD to pay the entire balance up front. Since I didn't just have that amount of cash lying around, she recommended a credit line through the dental office funded by Wells Fargo Financial. She said she would charge the full amount of the procedures, then bill my insurance, and credit their portion as it is received (which would have been about half of that amount). Dr. Rashti, being the dishonest, unethical business woman, that she is, never billed my insurance. It wasn't until October 2010 that I noticed that my insurance had never received a claim from her office. I contacted the dental office, in which the Dr stated that she did bill my insurance in March, and wasn't sure why they didn't get the claim. when i asked for proof of the submission, i was told she would have the admin look for it and send it back to me. She agreed to submit the claim at that point, but it was passed the period in which my insurance allowed for the claim to be processed. After receiving this information from my insurance, i immediately contacted Dr Rashti to address the issue, in which she said that there was nothing more that she could do except to refund for the procedures that she had not yet performed. This left me responsible for the entire amount, although i pay for dental insurance, she made it so i couldn't use it. Not only that, but because i was relying on the insurance money to lover the cost of the amount owed, i wasn't able to pay down the entire balance of the credit line in time to not incur interest, so i now owe an additional $943 in backdated interest charges. Basically, Dr. Rashti made it impossible for my insurance to cover any of the costs for the work i had done. She blatantly lied to me as a patient and made me feel as though i had been cheated and robbed. I have filed a complaint with the BBB as well, in which the Dr. responded with a letter filled with so much dishonesty, that it made me sick. At one point she actually claimed that I called the dental office during this whole mess, and told them that i couldn't have been happier with the way they are handling things! If Dr. Rashti isn't a complete crook, and fraudster, then she needs to seek out some therapy for being absolutely delusional. PLEASE, PLEASE do not do business with this woman or any of her affiliates!! more

I will keep this short and simple. Dr. Rashti was recommended to me because I had gum disease and have been living with it for a long time. I finally decided enough is enough and went in for a checkup and thank goodness i did it when i did because Dr. Rashti warned me of all the repurcussions of not getting it treated. Long story short, Rashti made my visits tolerable and really seemed to care about how i did. fast forward 2 months later and my mouth has never felt better. more

Id like to think of Dr. Rashti as a periodontal artist. Without her my mouth would have been a mess. I have had gum disease for a long time now and required the assistance of multiple doctors, including Dr. Rashti. She treated me with extreme kindness and was open to answer all of my questions anytime I would call. I think you really start to develop a relationship with a dentists that you end up seeing almost a few times a week. I am glad this relationship was with Rashti. more

I am writing this review to compliment the staff and customer service at Dr. Rashti's office. I am just going to go ahead and state that I have been going to Dr. Rashti's for quite some time now and have been seeing her due to my gum disease, but I dont want to talk about my issues. \r \r Dr. Rashti is so helpful and really a genuine person. She cares about you, how you are feeling and really seems to understand what you are going through. I have been faced with gum issues my whole life and finally addressing this, I was capable of smiling again. \r \r Usually when I come in I recieve a warm greeting and depending on the day I am seen by Dr. Rashti in less than 20 minutes. \r \r Dr. Rashti makes me feel comfortable and really like I am in the right hands. I have gone through countless dentists because of the severity of my disease but Dr. Rashti is a keeper. more

What an amazing person and amazing doctor Mrs. Rashti is. I was referred to her when I saw that my friend had their implants done. My teeth have always been a cause of stress for me my entire life and I had no idea that I had periodontal disease until I was diagnosed by Doctor Rashti. If it weren't for her diagnoses and quick treatment, I would not be able to smile. My confidence has shot through the roof and my pain is gone. Dr. Rashti basically saved my smile! Because of my condition, I have been looking for a periodontist to get me some implants to restore my mouth's health and it has been an upward grind. I have gone through so many phone calls and meetings and finally decided to use Dr. Rashti because of all the reviews and a few referrals. Thank goodness my friends know what they're talking about, because this periodontist was top notch! She took care of me like she really cared and I felt that I was her friend as opposed to just another number / customer. I had my implants done and even afterwards Dr. Rashti continued to care for me and get me checkups to see how I was doing. Definitely one of the best in Beverly Hills! I had searched for a periodontist around the Beverly Hills area for a long time and one of my very good friends recommended Mahnaz. I did not search for her online or anything, instead I just relied on my friend's word and I was not dissapointed. I have a serious problem with my gums and needed attention quickly and Dr. Rashti helped to explain the whole situation from beginning to end and made me feel extremely comfortable. I think a lot of people sometimes are looking for great qualities, but I think the best quality is the ability to make one feel comfortable and not scared. I got my gum work done and had to also recieve implants due to damage done. Again, I was treated well and would recommend her to my friends (which I have already). She is compassionate, patient, caring, understanding, and does not hesitate to fully explain your oral problems. She never fails to make one feel that one's oral treatment is most important to her and she will do everything she can for you. Her number 1 priority is her patient's oral well-being. She doesn't say it, she shows it. She does not rush while she is with her patients and takes her time to allay any fears or concerns you may have. She is straight-forward and firm, but not in a mean way, and gives recommendations for a healthier mouth. She goes the extra mile when one has a procedure done. She gives you her cell phone number in case you have any problems when the office is closed. She goes another mile and calls you the next day after your procedure to see how you are doing. No dentist has ever done that for me. In fact, a dentist once told me after a procedure, that if I had an emergency on off-hours that I should go to an emergency hospital. Dr. Rashti has an outstanding assistant, Sally. Sally is very competent and quickly puts you at ease. She always has time to listen to you and is very thorough. If Dr. Rashti or Sally ever have a bad day, you would never know it. You are greeted with a smile and they remember any personal tidbit you share with them previously. You instantly become relaxed and confident that you are in capable hands and your trust is well-founded. I've had many bad experiences with dentists, i.e. rude, mean, given conflicting info, treated like a non-person, rough and painful, really not remembering me from previous visit and then be dismissed abruptly. After 3 and a half years with Dr. Rashti I can honestly way that my experiences have been pain-free and comfortable. No longer do I dread going to the dentist. It has now become a pleasant and enjoyable experience, not an ordeal. more

It can be so hard to find a dentist that cares about their patients and does a great job. I was in need of periodontal services and found your name and website through my insurance. Since my first appointment with you, I have been very impressed with your assessment and services for my gums and teeth. I have never felt rushed through your appointments, nor like just another number. I have always felt that you care about my well-being and you're always careful to be as gentle as possible. After your soft tissue graft on my gum, I did not even need to take a pain reliever the next day. You always make me also feel comfortable to bring up my concerns, explaining and reassuring me of what you're going to do before you start. I have been a patient of Dr. Rashti’s for 4 1/2 years. During this time I have had many soft tissue grafts involving surgery as well as regular periodontal cleaning and maintenance appointments. \r Dr. Rashti thoroughly explained my treatment to me in order to restore my gums to health. After a friend recommended Dr. Rashti, I was hesitant to believe just how great she is. You will never know until you actually step into her office. I have been diagnosed with Diabetes for many years and suffering with multiple recurrent gum infections ever since. My last surgeon had to pull a few teeth and replace them with dental implants. i suffered with multiple infections. I then was referred to Dr. Rashti and am being under her care for the past 5 years. Dear Dr. Rashti I am writing you this letter because I want you to know now much I appreciate your dental expertise and treatment. I came to you beacause I had a problem in one area of my gums. Needless to say, I was very apprehensive when I came to see you. I had never been to a periodontist before. You knew what to do immediately and had a medical diagnosis for my problem. In my case though, it was not so simple and would not heal right away. But you were able to alleviate the problem. Dear Dr. Rashti I am a patient that has for over fifty years received “inadequate or poor dental care.” I received inadequate dental care as a child because my parents either did not understand the value of good consistent dental care or they could not afford it. As an adult responsible for my own dental care, I took it very seriously and made it a priority. I faithfully scheduled and received my 6-month dental check ups and cleanings. However, I continued to loose teeth despite my personal commitment. Unfortunately, I was receiving poor dental care my former dentists, as they had not appropriately diagnosed my dental problems. It could have been that they simply did not have the expertise to properly deal with my problems. I was a serious grinder and didn't know it. Besides loosing most of my molars, my bite collapsed and began causing me significant pain whenever I opened my mouth.It was only when I began seeing Dr. Mahnaz Rashti that I received the care that my teeth and my joints required.
