This is the Amy's Baking Company of gunsmiths. They may do great work, but just wait until you say something that triggers them.. I would not trust anything you value in their hands. Because they circle the wagons rather than focus on customer service even though you may have a simple problem, don't expect anyone to put the brakes on. My crime? I asked a status after a week. Knowing what I know now they have a 6 week backlog... now you could make an appointment if it is that bad just to have something small done, but that isn't how it works. They can't even tell you after a week if the part you need is available. Dare you ask? That is what I did... evil customer me. Argued with me and gave me my rifle back.. try to voice your concern in person, ""We do not care to hear you go on and on."" Oy good luck with these people... my recommendation is stay away, the people at Shooters world seem to get it... just not at Amy's Precision Gunsmithing.. what a joke
