Magnanini Winery

We went there today and I never ate such disgusting food the music was so loud the price was unreal we spent for 3 people 187 dollars and walked out hungry we had to go out to eat again that how bad the food was I will never go back and I will tell all my friends what a rip off it is and the funny part is I dident even order a bottle of wine the bill would have been over 200 dollars what a rip off more

Been there twice. Food is excellent and plentiful. Love the wine tasting and having some with dinner. The place is beautiful and so relaxing. Great enetertainment. I can't imagine anyone coming to Magnanini and not enjoying. more

I enjoy visiting the wineries of the Hudson Valley, but I'd never been to the Magnanini Winery until an acquaintance invited my husband and I to join her at a weekly dinner this boutique winery in the Hamlet of Wallkill, NY holds. For $38 you get a six course meal -- excellent, homemade food -- not the frozen stuff you often see at weddings. The meal includes a wine tasting of all of the Magnanini wines made on site. For only $10 you can order the wines to be served at your table, and you can buy bottles to take home for only $8. This is an incredible deal. It includes live musical entertainment and a Tuscan atmosphere you don't find in the Hudson Valley. There are quite a few really good wineries in the Hudson Valley, but only Magnani has a downstairs cellar for tastings, and a terrific upstairs restaurant that takes you back to a different time. Great for groups, especially out of towners - you could even have a wedding in this great open space that includes a dance floor. Best bit - you can taste the wine downstairs, and then buy a bottle to bring up for dinner. more
