Very positive experience in a horrible circumstance 2/28/2014

This was my first time using Magna-Dry and I couldn't be happier. I'm a thousand miles away from the home of my adult daughter and from what she told me the communication was excellent. I appreciate how quickly they got to the issue and took care of things expediently. Brian was calm and reassuring and did the best as it could have been handled. He took care of the insurance and it took a lot of anxiety and problems off my hands. more

I would definately recommend them! 2/27/2014

I called Magna-Dry because my hot water heater leaked. It flooded the entire basement. They were very prompt to respond. When they came out they dried out my basement and cleaned the carpet. The technicians were professional and efficient. Everything looks as good as new. I would never use anybody else. more

A positive experience! 2/25/2014

I was very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of Magna-Dry. I used them for the first time, and I appreciated the fact that they called me to tell me they were early. They asked if it was okay if they came early. They cleaned the furniture for me, and they also cleaned little throw pillows, which I certainly didn't expect them to do. They were very efficient, and I'm extremely pleased with the results. The furniture came out better than I expected! more

Magna-Dry saved me ten of thousands in damages! 2/21/2014

Ten stars for Magna-Dry! I called them because during a freeze, a pipe burst in the middle of the night at my place of business. I called Brian at about 2:30 am in the morning. I am certain that I woke him up. This had never happened to me before and I had no idea what to do. I knew that I needed to keep my business open. The team showed up at 5 am as promised. I had a very high profile site visit that next week so things had to be up and running. Brian answered all of my questions and told me what steps that I needed to take in order to resolve the problem. They were extremely respectful to my business and our security protocols. They were seen and not heard. The team came in a resolved the problem completely. The clean up was very thorough and quick. Brain and his team saved me tens of thousands in damages. I am forever thankful! more

Local, quality work done right! 2/20/2014

Rod, the owner of Magna-Dry, came out and did the measurements himself. He was very friendly. He was on time, and he gave me an instant quote when he was on site. When they came out to do the cleaning, on their first try they got up stains other cleaning companies we used couldn't get out. They cleaned our couch, pillows, everything in our living room. They were very friendly and professional. They went above and beyond with their cleanliness, from their appearance to the work they did. They are a little pricier, but they are worth the extra expense. The quality of the work, their professionalism and the cleaning they do is better! more

Always friendly 2/18/2014

I've been with Magna-Dry for a long time. I have an office area and I thought it needed new carpet but Magna-Dry suggested doing a cleaning first. So they cleaned it and I was perfectly happy with what he did. He saved us the cost of a new carpet. They're always friendly, do what they say they're gonna do, and on-time. John Norberg more

Always do a beautiful job 7/16/2013

I've had Magna-Dry for many many years and they always do a beautiful job. They come at least twice a year. Very, very positive. I stick with them because they were originally recommended. I've been very, very pleased and have been with them for about 25 years. They are prompt, accommodating, gentle, and sensitive to whatever is going on. Highly recommended! more

I wouldn't use another company 6/25/2013

I would give Magna-Dry a 5+ for professionalism. I've been using them for a number of years, about 3 or 5. They come in and they are totally professional. Their work is superior to anything I've encountered with other companies. I wouldn't use another company. I've referred many customers to them. I went to them after I had really bad experiences with other people who charged less. That was a mistake. They're really superior! more

I had them clean three of my children's bedrooms and my basement. I had some areas that were rather soiled with paint, and they got it right out. They were very helpful and upfront with what they could do with it. more

Overall we were satisfied with the job. We were concerned about pet stains which they got out, but there were some traffic pattern spots and two or three other spots that we were surprised didn't comer up. The guy that came out was very polite, and the price was right. more

It was a great experience and the price was good. 1/7/2013

Our carpet is about 6 or 7 years old. Brian and Brendan from Magna-Dry came out and shampooed it. We are really pleased. I was hoping the pathway would be a bit cleaner, but I think it's just worn out and they did all they could. I was impressed that they vacuumed and did the edges of the carpet too. I also liked that they raked it afterward to make it look nice. I feel like I got some new carpet. more

I wouldn't hire anybody else, and I would recommend them to anyone. 12/7/2012

The first time I had Magna-Dry out, they did a perfect job. They came dressed very professionally, and were very kind gentlemen. I just enjoyed having them. When I have a problem like a dog accident on the carpet, they're right here. They're wonderful. more

Magna-Dry did an excellent job. They were very professional and friendly. Some of the stains on my furniture were fresh, but others were long-time stains and they took out everything. It's like I have brand new chairs. They also followed up afterwards to make sure I was happy. more
