Ten stars for Magna-Dry! I called them because during a freeze, a pipe burst in the middle of the night at my place of business. I called Brian at about 2:30 am in the morning. I am certain that I woke him up. This had never happened to me before and I had no idea what to do. I knew that I needed to keep my business open.
The team showed up at 5 am as promised. I had a very high profile site visit that next week so things had to be up and running. Brian answered all of my questions and told me what steps that I needed to take in order to resolve the problem. They were extremely respectful to my business and our security protocols. They were seen and not heard. The team came in a resolved the problem completely. The clean up was very thorough and quick. Brain and his team saved me tens of thousands in damages. I am forever thankful!
