Good Home Warranty Service 3/18/2014

I have used my HISCO Home Warranty Service several times and it was like a $@!#% shoot if the service would be good or not. I recently had Magna Plumbing for the first time and was surprised in a good way. There was no red tape, every question I asked Juan answered. The problem was fixed with no high pressured upsale. I will be requesting them in the future with any of my plumbing issues more

Same day service from a great family owned business 1/6/2014

I randomly found Magna Plumbing on the internet when I had no hot water. My tank-less water heater wasn't working. I called other companies and they had me wait two days. I emailed Magna on a Sunday night and got a response within thirty minutes. They were rated top plumbing service in the area. They showed up to my house on time like they said. When they were at my house, they noticed an issue with a missing part and walked all the way back to the office just to get the part on the same day. And on top of that, I didn't realize that they were a family company. It was really good to know. more

magna plumbing was called by my home warranty company. I have an old hydro heating system. works great, but springs a leak thru old copper piping about 1 time a year. (my insurance covers only the part that is broken). magna plumbing has had the same professional employees year after year and each time they come it feels like a friend that has come to visit! I love it. they are great, friendly, professional, 5 star people. more

I interviewed four different services and selected Magna Plumbing. They gave me confidence that they would do a good job, and gave me a great deal! Magna Plumbing installed a tankless water heater for me. Magna Plumbing showed up on time and did their work all in one day. When I needed a little bit of an adjustment, they came right out and fixed it! more

A great company. 8/8/2011

I've been using Magna Plumbing for not quite a year yet. They have done a lot of work for me and I think they're great. They show up when they are supposed to and do their work well. They clean up well, too. They always cover the carpets when working so as not to make a mess. I have used them to install a tankless water heater, a new air conditioner, and a calcium filer. Everything works well and I love it. The people with Magna are just so friendly and easy to talk to, and they're very efficient. I highly recommend them. more

Based on their professionalism, the service was very satisfying. 7/5/2011

My wife and I hired Magna Plumbing to install a new tankless water heater in our home. They came prepared, knew exactly what they were doing, and were in and out of the garage as quickly as possible. They did a great job of cleaning up, as well, and we are very satisfied with their service. Their professionalism really sets them apart. We would definitely use them again. more

Quick service, GOOD price, experienced plumbers 6/10/2011

Magna Plumbing saved me several thousand dollars on a tankless installation. Two days after the estimate, the tankless was in. Three hours total installation time. And they obviously knew what they were doing. I will use them again. more

Magna Plumbing is very professional and friendly. 5/17/2011

Magna Plumbing is very customer service oriented. They are responsive and professional about showing up and finishing the job within the time frame they give you. They explain what the issue is and don't try to intimidate or make you afraid about the job they are there to do. They do excellent work. There are no surprises in terms of the final bill either. more

Accurate diagnosis and good clean up. 5/13/2011

I had a slab leak that I called Magna Plumbing about. They came out, diagnosed the problem, found it accurately, and did a good job of cleaning up. I had them quote me on repairing the slab, so we may be doing additional work in the future with them. more
