Top Notch Service at Macic Valley Storage 3/24/2011

Having moved to Twin Falls in 2008 we rented a storage unit at Brand X. It was subsequently burgled for several thousand $ worth of tools and equipment. Found too late that Brand X offered no security at all. The small rate difference at MVS helps pay the cost of excellent is well worth the cost, consideringf the peace of mind involved. Storeroom comments 3/15/2011

I was concerned, at first, that there'd be leakage in my storeroom this winter, with the melting snow and rain we've been receiving, but the storeroom appears to have remained dry and unaffected. I do appreciate the apparent quality of the construction of the storerooms (NOTE: this being my first fall and winter using your facilities, I hope this will remain true in the future). more

Great Place to store 3/9/2011

I love storing my RV at Magic Valley because it is safe. Not only is it safe but the ladies in the office are super nice. I talked to Nancy today and it was great. Would refer them to anyone. more

Excellent Experience!! 3/5/2011

Knowing we were going to relocate to Twin Falls, I started investigating storage units. I had already decided, without having looked at or met anybody at MVS, to go with Magic Valley Storage just because of the amazing attitude and service I encountered when I called to get some information. When we did actually go in to rent a unit, the amazing experience continued. I have rarely been so impressed with a businesses great customer service!! I would recommend them to ANYBODY that asked me! more
