Hassle-free! 9/12/2016

Wonderful 6/21/2016

A pleasant experience in storage rentals 5/2/2016

I like that the people at Magic Valley Storage are friendly, their units are clean, and their fees are not exorbitant. The staff was always there when I showed up to pay for storage. After I emptied the first storage, I had a credit they applied to the large second unit. I like dealing with Magic Valley Storage better than another company I dealt with when I was in Las Vegas. A Professional Company 4/6/2016

MAGIC VALLEY STORAGE demonstrates awareness and concern for their customers. I've been using this company for at least 20 years now; and prices are still economical. So, I needed storage space that would accommodate my larger items like my boat and when something was available they notified me - a good example of being conscientious which I truly appreciate. Clean and friendly 3/7/2016

I just had a storage unit at Magic Valley Storage. It was big and I had my whole household there. The premises were very well kept, and I feel like it was a best option. The price for the service was high but the first three months were discounted. When we canceled, my husband went into their office and they were most helpful. more

Extremely positive experience 2/23/2016

We used Magic Valley Storage for three years and I'll use them again if the opportunity arises. They are just really good people. We normally saw Mrs. Eldredge, and a young gal who was helping out a couple of times. They were just really nice and any time we needed any help, they were there to take care of us. The service they provided was convenient and their hours were always good. They informed us very well about what our responsibilities were. It was also easy to take out the funds automatically from the bank account, and we got a discount because we decided to pay that way. If I had to recommend any storage, I would recommend them. Best customer service around 1/8/2016

Magic Valley Storage took us in when another storage unit couldn't and I've been happy with them ever since. We have three different storage units at Magic Valley Storage and they were very accommodating when we needed to transition between storage units. Their customer service is HUGE. The staff is awesome and very understanding and the prices are pretty reasonable. They're very easy to work with and they've made my life a whole lot easier. Clean storage units, convenient location, good operating hours. 9/2/2015

Magic Valley Storage was close to my house, so it was an easy access for me. I liked their hours and that the facility was open when I needed the storage. I’m not using the unit anymore, because I don’t need it. But they experience was fine (with the staff, too). more

Accommodating, friendly, and helpful at a reasonable cost. 8/5/2015

I believe I was renting the unit for about two years, give or take a month. The access to the units, the way the whole area was laid out, to be able to easily find the doors was helpful. They were clean when they came in, and we moved everything. I had easy access to the unit. They provided two sets of keys. I could drive right in front the unit. There was plenty of room when we moved out so we had two big trailers fit. There was plenty of room to get in and get things done. The cost per month was very reasonable. I couldn't have been happier. I've used other storage units over my lifespan, but this was the best. They are great people who are accommodating, work with you in moving out, friendly, helpful, and offer suggestions as well as help if needed. My experience has been great at Magic Valley Storage. 6/15/2015

I have been a customer of Magic Valley Storage for several years. They meet the standards I look for in a good storage company. They are really clean, the location is fully paved, and secure. I placed rodent traps in my storage to see if there were any around my items and I haven't found any. I have been to a few other locations, but they didn't work out, and weren't worth a ten or twenty dollar difference in price. Magic Valley Storage is a good place at a reasonable price. Great Storage, Great Security. 5/5/2015

The staff at Magic Valley Storage are friendly and work well with people. I lived in Wisconsin but had my storage with them in Idaho. They have great security protocols and provide a lot of heavy duty locks for you with an extra key. They are also easy to access and are open 24 hours. I've never had a problem accessing my things! more

Magic Valley Storage has a good location, friendly people, easy access on the weekends and their prices are not bad. This might be off the wall, but be careful on the street intersection; it's quite busy. Other than that, everything is quite nice! more

Magic Valley Storage has excellent customer service. This is the second time we've used their location. The storage units we have rented have been adequate for our needs. Nancy worked with us on the front-end, and she was friendly and personable. Their location is clean and secure. I would recommend them. more
