Best Family Magician- and Grown-up Magician, too 9/19/2011

Our family loves to go see Magic Barry perform at the Pizza Peel and Tap Room Restaurant every Friday night. My girls are 6 & 8 years old, and every Friday at about 4:00 they start reminding me that ""tonight is Magic Barry night at the pizza place."" We have now gone there 4 weeks in a row, and it has probably become a family tradition. (BTW, the food is great at the Pizza Peel) Not only is Barry great with all the kids in the restaurant, but he is very entertaining for the grown-ups too. Magic Barry is not just a kid's magician. My husband is going to hire him for his company's awards dinner. Highly recommended. Go to the Pizza Peel on a Friday to check him out, or just take my word for it. more

Magic Barry...great magic show for the whole family 12/5/2010

Magic Barry performed for our daughter's eighth birthday party. She and her friends are VERY demanding, but Barry handled the entire situation with great humor and politeness. In addition, he was able to get the talkative adults to stop talking, and they became very involved in the show. Magic Barry showed them that magic is not ""just for kids."" We have had two other Charlotte magicians at previous events, because my daughter really loves magic. Magic Barry was the best. Great humor, great magic and great entertainment. more

Magic Barry was great! 3/28/2004

Magic Barry was great with the kids (23 five-year-olds) AND with the adults. I have seen other ""Family Magicians"" and they never got the grown-ups involved as well as Barry did. When the grown-ups pay attention, it makes for a much better experience for everyone. The kids loved him, too! Barry is just a ""grown-up"" kid....and that is a GOOD thing! Very Professional!!
