This is one of my favorite places. They have great food, good prices, and big portions. I have come here a few late nights, always great!

I'm not a reviewer, but I had to leave one after my experience tonight. I went with my girlfriend to little Italy tonight to celebrate our anniversary. I asked for a table for two and the woman taking reservations looked me up and down like I just came off the streets. I was wearing a calvin klein t-shirt and polo shorts- not that it should matter. Maggiano's isn't the most posh place in town. She didn't say anything, but you know the look. Anyways, I brushed that aside and looked forward to dinner... Well after a while of eating bread and sipping on water I realized we had been there awhile and no one had taken our food or drink orders. My gf noticed other parties being waited on that arrived after we did. I noted the time and twenty minutes later with still no acknowledgment of our existence we got up and left. As we left no one even told us to have a good night or asked if anything was wrong. I did notice a lot of large parties so maybe they just aren't concerned about tables of two. By this time it was 8:30 and we were both tired. In the end we went home and ate leftovers. I know the dinners not important to celebrate an anniversary and its more about our company, but this really angered me. more

I thought the service, and food, were awful! I had to get up to get silverware. No bread refilled until we begged. Drinks were refilled incorrectly. Seafood plate with seafood was all pasta, drowned in sauce. Our table was used by other waiters when they placed dishes for neighboring tables on ours! Yech- won't be back again. more

I love this place. The food is consistently good. It's a little pricey for italian food, but it's good as far as a chain restaurant is concerned. I do prefer to go to local independent mom & pops Italian restaurants though, but Maggianos is as close to that on a grand scale as it gets. more

I had heard mixed reviews about Maggianos and had opted not to go until a birthday dinner last month. OK - I regret not trying it myself before.\r \r The food was quite good. I got the Taylor Street Ziti with Italian sausage and also sampled some of the other dishes as well as the chocolate cake.\r \r Everything was to my satisfaction, the service was pretty good and the bill was reasonable.\r \r So, I went there the other day with a friend and did the Prix Fix menu - appetizer, wine, entree and dessert. We both were pleased with our meals. And the service this time was excellent.\r \r Therefore, I whole-heartedly recommend Maggianos. It's not the best Italian food I've ever tasted, but it's definitely better than many, and it is now a place that I plan on visting fairly often in the future. more

Went in Mothers day. I've been there once before but for some reason this time was better due to the way we ordered our food. Family style is definately the way to go. At first I was kinda upset that we were forced into ordering that way but by the time we were halfway throught our meal we were happy that we did order it that way. We had enough left over to take home and split 4 ways! And dessert that we got to take home as well! Out waiter Matt was really cool too. And we got to sit in one of there private rooms! I would highly recommend this place to ppl especially if you have a large group! more

Maggiano's salad, fantastic. Maggiano's Musroom Ravioli al Forno, don't have words to describe how much I enjoy this dish.\r Excellent service, great food. What else can a person ask for? more

Family style is the way to go! For $36 per person, it is all you can eat. Especially great with large parties. Food is very good, they are very generous with the amount of food they give you. Service was excellent. I recommend sitting upstairs and order the lump crab, beef medallions and lobster fettucine. Bon appetit! more

A unique prix fixed family style dining experience. Choices, choices, choices; all delicious, all plentiful....so much so that more often than not, what goes home provides a few more meals. Wait staff attentive, friendly, and efficient. more

Food is not great. Much better Italian restaurants in Boca. more

Editorial review from Urbanspoon 7/26/2009

Echoey room with high ceilings and close tables makes for a noisy dining experience. Pair that with unmemorable Italian and you'll understand why this place is popular with the nearby mall crowd. I much prefer the personable staff and more complex menus of Saporissimo more

Traditional Italian served in family proportions. You order dishes to share that are all very good. You get to pick appetizers, entrees & desert. I've been here a few times & we always have plenty of left overs. Although I never have any left over baked ziti because it's just so good I finish it off there. The bruschetta is very good also. The restaurant itself has this traditional feel with black & white photos on the walls. The servers are all very pleasant & knowledgeable. I recommend this place for a nice family gathering. more
