Nice employees, but the cannelloni were tough as leather and very salty -- not good at all. The waiter made a big deal of pouring olive oil and balsamic vinegar into a dish at the start of the meal, but he forgot the bread. The staff somehow came to believe that we (Me and my 90 year old grandmother.) were celebrating a birthday and charged us for a candle laden plate of cookies. I haven't lived in Cleveland in 20 years, but I've got to believe that there are far better Italian meals waiting for you in Cleveland's real ""Little Italy"" on Mayfield Rd.
Pros: Vast Quantities of Food. Well Intentioned Staff. Friendly.
Cons: Terrible Food, In a Mall, Lousy Service.
