I cannot say the last time I was at a doctor's office and felt so at ease. They did a thorough work-up on my injury. Set up a treatment plan and got to work.\r
\r
I strained a shoulder/neck muscle while carrying my luggage on a trip. Unable to turn from side to side, stretch my arms over head, and feeling ocassional spasms.\r
\r
I found the staff of therapists to be professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about all aspects of my treatment. Introduced and taught me at-home exercises for me to follow during my treatment. \r

Dr. Deborah Mager is both professional and extremely caring of her patients. At each visit, she reviewed my treatment, made any necessary adjustments, if warranted, checked with me to see that I was comfortable and if her staff treated me well. It does not get any better than this.\r

One fact I am extremely pleased about is her acceptance of chiropractic treatment in harmony with medical treatment. She does not discourage, and may even refer you to an orthopedic person for an initial diagnosis or second opionion. There are not many professionals who work well with others when they think an alternative treatment is best for you! I like that in a doctor! I wish there were more like her.\r
\r
After two treatments she had me up and about, several more until my next trip and one follow-up when I returned from that trip.\r
\r
I am thoroughly satisfied with my treatment, the staff and the overall facility. I highly recommend this practice for any chiropractic needs. \r
The office and treatment rooms are extremely clean, neat and well designed and decorated. The rooms feel more like a room in a home than a medical office, which adds to the over-all comfort level.
Pros: professionalism, comfort level, knowledge
Cons: none at this time
