Great & on time 12/26/2014

We thought we needed an oil change and a tune up. It turns out we only needed an oil change and not a tune up. We have done business with Steve since we moved here from Colorado a couple of years ago. We are always treated with courtesy and excellent work. We trust Steve. He always does the right thing and at a great price. We are so happy to have found Steve and his business. more

Excellent, professional service 10/30/2014

Well pleased with the quick and efficient service that my husband predicted I would receive. Replaced my window glass raising and lowering system's motor and switch and all is good. Enjoyed the conversation with Steve as he suggested that I needed a new car to my surprised husband. That Steve is quite intuitive-haha! more

Fast and Friendly 10/5/2014

Brought in my Toyota and within 10 mins, had it diagnosed. I was impressed by the friendly staff and owner. Did a great job, didn't sell me any unnecessary parts or services. Had my SUV repaired within a couple of hours. Great Job! more

Madison Automotive gets it right 10/2/2014

After getting poor service from another auto repair shop, I took my van to Jason at Madison Automotive. He correctly diagnosed the problems and fixed what the other shop had done wrong and finally got my vehicle riding the way it should. I will be using Madison Automotive for all my future automotive work and recommend them highly. more

Excellent Service. Dropped the car off early Monday morning. By 9am had a full diagnosis. Car was ready for me to pick up after work. They keep me fully informed and discounted me on parts where they could. Would definitely recommend these guys. more

Friendly and professional 8/12/2014

This is my first time to use Madison Automotive. While trying to change the oil myself, I rounded off the corners of the oil drain plug. They were able to remove the plug, install a new plug, and change the oil and filter. I'm happy that my error didn't cause a major repair bill. I told them I was concerned about the drive belt - they checked it and said it was OK. A dishonest shop would have just said it was bad and replaced it. I'm happy. more
