From the Veterinarians on to the Assistants the staff care about the animals and the owners. They take the time to learn your name, your pets name, and give you a shoulder to cry on if you need one. Since moving to the bay area, I come back to these people to take care of my pets. more

I called late from work because my dog had been panting and having chills. My wife has at home (about 5 minutes) from this location. I called the vet and he said he was out the door and would wait for my wife. I called back explaining the delay he offered to go out to the parking lot and find her. Cool! more

So take how much it will cost to heal your pet and times it by three, by the time you get out of there thats what you will owe. Since the old owner left in 2007 this place has gone down the toilet, all they want is your money, they will suggest costly procedures that are unneeded, try to sell you unneeded medications and find any way to weasel a dollar out of you. more

I felt like they were trying to get money out of me every single way they could. The Dr seemed more inclined to do costly procedures first that he said were unlikely to be the problem before attempting the more likely ones. The first time i brought a pet in they tried to push unnecessary costly services on me. She just had a cold and only needed medicine for that but with the extendended list of things they added it all came up to be over $600 dollars. I felt suspicious but desperate for my cats wellbeing i reluctantly agreed. A few months later my other male kitten developed a Urinary tract infection, common for male cats. something that should havew been around $200 to diagnose and treat turned into over allmost $1000 dollars worth of again unnecessary procedures. My advice go somewhere where its your pet that matters not the money you spend. Pros: Money hungry, No care for our pets. Cons: Everything!!! terrible place, dissapointment more

My mom and I were in there today are were treated like dirt! I have never been so disrespected in my life. Apparently if your dog doesn't cost an arm and a leg to be treated your not priority...Just they way the receptionist spoke to us was laughable. It was like they were raised in caves and were let out for the day! I will never give them another cent of my money and neither will anyone I am associated with. The BBB will also be informed. Pros: my rating would be ZERO stars Cons: The people are some of the worst I have seen ever... more
