I felt like they were trying to get money out of me every single way they could. The Dr seemed more inclined to do costly procedures first that he said were unlikely to be the problem before attempting the more likely ones. The first time i brought a pet in they tried to push unnecessary costly services on me. She just had a cold and only needed medicine for that but with the extendended list of things they added it all came up to be over $600 dollars. I felt suspicious but desperate for my cats wellbeing i reluctantly agreed. A few months later my other male kitten developed a Urinary tract infection, common for male cats. something that should havew been around $200 to diagnose and treat turned into over allmost $1000 dollars worth of again unnecessary procedures. My advice go somewhere where its your pet that matters not the money you spend. Pros: Money hungry, No care for our pets. Cons: Everything!!! terrible place, dissapointment
