i've lived here for about 7 years but am going to move in 2011.\r \r can't get your ups/post office packages -- they're locked away in the club house and good luck finding the park manager.\r \r no one spreads salt on the roads in the winter time and there are hills -- someone just had an accident here!\r \r lots of suicides and jailed residents (drugs, child abuse)\r \r i pay way too much money for living in a trailer park/ more

don't understand 9/9/2008

i do not understand how you can make people apply to live here but the homes in this park look awful. why are there apparently no rules or regulations as to the up keep of the homes in this park? moble home parks in the cinti area all look like you wouldn't want your dog to live there let alone humans. take pride clean up the park maderia is such a nice town and i expected more. Pros: can't really list any pros except location Cons: looks awful no one takes care of their places more
