The hygienists was the best ever! She was so gentle and very positive. Susan is always great, encouraging, and willing to work with you (just a Sweetheart)! Then there is Dr. Kesner - brilliant and easy on the eyes. My teeth are beautiful and I never get tired of hearing it! more

office was lovely, staff was very courteous and friendly, dental hygienist was very professional and knowledgeable, dentist was not really rude, *but* for a first-time patient visit, he seemed very rushed and slightly unfriendly (he saw me maybe 2 minutes, tops). more

No Worry Root Canal 11/18/2008

Yesterday, I had a root canal that I was dreading quite a bit. I've been a patient over 3 years at Made Ya Smile, but my experience with yesterday's procedure deserves comment. From the moment I came in, Heather's friendly greeting and smile put me at ease. Lisa assisted Dr.Kessner and was so professional and efficient. She made me feel at ease immediately and I left the office wanting to comment and complement her as a real asset to the office. My root canal went so well, surprisingly pain-free and even relaxing. Thank you Dr.Kessner and staff! You definitely have found a very nice way of providing great customer service. Thanks again, Lisa!!! more

I was in pain with a toothache and I called Dr. Kessners office and they got me right in. Turns out I needed a root canal and they scheduled me in THAT DAY! I didn't have to wait or be in pain for several days like you would at most dentist to get an appointment. The assistant made sure I was comfortable and the doctor came in before I knew it, we were done. They are professional, kind and concerned about my wellbeing. more
