Yesterday, I had a root canal that I was dreading quite a bit. I've been a patient over 3 years at Made Ya Smile, but my experience with yesterday's procedure deserves comment. From the moment I came in, Heather's friendly greeting and smile put me at ease. Lisa assisted Dr.Kessner and was so professional and efficient. She made me feel at ease immediately and I left the office wanting to comment and complement her as a real asset to the office. My root canal went so well, surprisingly pain-free and even relaxing. Thank you Dr.Kessner and staff! You definitely have found a very nice way of providing great customer service. Thanks again, Lisa!!!
