Great Sales, Great Merchandise But the Worst Staff Ever 9/6/2007

I have now attempted to buy something from Macy's 4 times, and ""I GIVE UP"". The staff here is incredibly lazy ,uncaring and down right rude. In the ladies dress department, there was clothing all over the 3 dressing room out of 12 that they allowed you to use. All dresses I tried on were damaged in some way, and I was told to leave a dressing room by a staff member so they could vacuum. When my husband attempted to make a 600 dollar purchase from the jewelry case, he was told,""Oh thats not my job, you will have to wait until the girl gets back to this station."" After he waited for 22 minutes and contacted other people in the store to help him, to no avail, he decided to leave. This place is ridiculous. Parisian has basically the sam stuff so I will patron them from now on. Pros: Great Sales Cons: Despicable Staff more

Not a large Macy's 10/30/2006

I went in looking for home goods and was disappointed with the selection. This location does have a decent clothing and make-up selection, but a tiny houseware selection. If you want to register for a wedding or do some serious housewares shopping make the drive over to Lenox and save yourself the hassle. Pros: brand names and high quality Cons: tiny housewares department more
