The staff at Mac's has always been helpful, but last week they went beyond; they saved me about $300. That's $300 that could have gone into their own pockets!\r

A part on my salt system has failed. I asked one of the staffers at Mac's if they could recommend someone to service my system. They do service, and it's about $115 for the service call, minimum. But, I was told, call the manufacturer, becuase the part still might be under warranty, and "here's the phone number."\r

I called, and sure enough, the part is on it's way... and hasn't costed me a red cent!\r

The staff at Mac's could easily have charged me $115 or more to come out, make the call and get the part for free, and then charge me for the part AND labor to put it in.\r

Finding Mac's is like finding a trustworthy auto mechanic. \r
