I've been in this house going on three years now with no plans to move 2/11/2014

When I moved into this house one of the first things that happened is the toilet stopped working. I was really worried because based on my previous experience renting houses I figured I'd end up having to choose between buying a new toilet or endless "fixes" that kept it working for a few days. To my surprise MacPherson's without any fuss at all had a plumber come in next business day, remove the old toilet, install a brand new one, and that was it. When the furnace started acting up, again, someone was out right away to fix it. I mentioned there was no porch light, and to my surprise, they sent someone out to install one! I have no idea whether this is typical for property management companies or not, but it's definitely different than my previous experiences renting. I've been in this house going on three years now, and have no immediate plans to move. more

MacPherson’s Property Management manages my six duplex units. I couldn’t be happier with their service. They are forthcoming, communicative, and always professional. I have enjoyed working with them the past years and will continue to look forward to the future with them. more

Over the past 15 years, we have rented a number of homes, both directly from the property owns and through real estate management companies. We have had experiences with conscientious property managers as well as heedless and unprincipled ones. The service that we’ve received from MacPherson’s has been exemplary. In all of our dealings with your Shoreline office, we’ve found the MacPherson staff to be courteous and efficient. Our particular agent has been exceptionally helpful. His knowledge of the house, and the maintenance and repair needs of older structures, has helped us to keep-up the property and avert potential problems. I have corresponded regularly with your team (mostly by e-mail) over the past year – posing questions and keeping you informed on issues regarding the property. Macpherson’s has always been easy to work with. more

Our property manager is a saint 8/9/2013

We have recently renewed the lease on our residential home, located in Seattle’s Bryant neighborhood that we’ve been renting through MacPherson’s PM. We have been very pleased with the service provided by your firm. Our current rental property, when we first viewed it, was in need of substantial work, as it had not been kept up properly by the former tenants. Your agent, GM, informed us of the repair work planned for the property, and he took careful note of the concerns we raised. Since we desired the house, primarily for its location, we filled out the tenancy application even though we had reservations. We were very pleased to find that the promised work was completed before we were scheduled to occupy the house. Furthermore, as other problems appeared after we’d settled in, Greg promptly had them corrected – even though we’d stated that they weren’t urgent matters. Dealing with him has been a pleasure and a good reflection back onto MacPherson’s. Thank you. more

I have been a long time client of MacPherson’s Property Management for over ten years. During those years they have been the model of professionalism and friend to me. Their vast knowledge of keeping my property rented is greatly appreciated. Their ability to balance the needs of both me and the prospective or current tenants comes natural. MacPherson’s attention to the property itself is what I also appreciate such as; maintenance, defects, shelf life and over all functionality of both interior and exterior spaces. Amazing service 6/21/2013

Being a newbie to the Real Estate game, it was nice to have someone maintain patience with me as I slowly worked out everything hat needed to occur and what each step and number meant. They connected me with an excellent lender company and suggested to me many inspectors, one of which used a thermal imaging camera to look for warm spots in the wall (I highly suggest this inspector for other potential buyers). Thanks to their help and efforts, I’m a proud first-time owner of an amazing house all owed to my contact at MacPherson’s Property Management. more

MacPhersons management has been easy to deal with and took care of a recent tenant problem quickly. I was amazed at their work and the fact that the unit was ready to rent again in a wee or so. They were on top of the situation, it's great to have a company like that for my home and myself. more

A recent death left us with a home in an area that was impossible for us to handle on a regular basis. We knew we were not going to sell the home so professional management was our only option. They have been able to keep good tenants since we handed the place over to them in the beginning of the year. Were glad they can take care of the place and feel much better having someone watching the property with our best interests in mind. more

Exceptional 4/2/2012

For the past few years, Greg has been an exceptional property manager for my duplexes. When I first acquired them, they were occupied by some difficult tenants. Greg helped to improve the buildings and get reliable and decent new tenants to move in. He has been excellent with the upkeep and created a quality place to rent. Because of Greg's exceptional management skills, I now have the security of low turnover and I am making more money on my rentals. more
