Contract was to remodel 2 bathrooms before Christmas. Contract was to be completed on December 20th, but instead job completed on January 10th. When the old tub/shower combo was removed, they required an addition sum of money of $6,600. The contract was for $4200 in total. It is not my fault that they made a mistake in their measurements. I sort of doubt that since another estimate given by a different company was $4800.\r

As it turns out, they have a license, but seem to change addresses & phone each time they have a complaint. They had 15 positive feedbacks on their website and were recommended by Angie's List!\r

In addition, they could not tell time. They always claimed that they would be at the house between 8AM and 9AM. Most of the time they arrived in the afternoon. In fact, on December 23rd I phoned to really complain since I was upset that the tub/shower combo was not completed for my guests - they arrived at 7PM!\r

I would phone several times to my contact to complain. He seldom phoned me back even after saying he would. He NEVER came to the job site. Someone else did since he was too embarrassed, I guess! In fact, he sent someone else to correct the contract money.\r

In regard to the downstairs bathroom, the cabinets were damaged and I had to pay half to get the downstairs bathroom completed. The sad part is that we had agreed to use a piece of granite (not white) I had and I had purchased 8"" faucets as requested, but neither used.\r
