Very Friendly , Well organized and efficient office staff . Dr. Szatkowski is a very good dentist As well as his assistants.Office is very Clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Worst

Appointment was for 10:40. Name was finally called at 11:00. Sat in chair another 20 minutes before seeing Dr. Szat. No explanation. No appology.

I was in for my second cleaning this year and had a pleasant experience. My teeth were in pretty good shape and no pain which is what is most important to me. Also I was in and out in less than an hour. more

Very accommodating 11/17/2011

During my recent visit, I notified them that I needed to leave by a certain time because my plans had changed and I needed to pick up my daughter from day care. They were very accommodating and I was able to leave on time. I appreciate the care and quality of service I always receive and the extra assistance during my recent visit. Thanks! more

The best dental experience I have ever had. The place is really cool. Lori at the desk is really cool. The doctors are all really good at what they do and the staff great. Whenever you make someone look forward to a dentists appointment you're pretty cool. more

Experience with Associate Dental 11/7/2011

Left a message on Sunday due to a chipped front tooth. Monday at 8am received a call for an appt. at 1:30pm that day! Walked out smiling along with a very happy 4yr old who was treated like a princess in the process. Yep, you are treated like family!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Pleasant, Painless, Prophylactic Care 11/1/2011

My six month cleaning and exam was a breeze. The hygenist took me early and was efficient and pleasant. The Dentist was thorough and personable. My next appointment was scheduled easily and my bill was handled promptly and receipted. Altogether, a good experience and one that I do not dread. more

Please Keep Family Members Together 10/30/2011

The hygienist was nice and Dr. Adam is always good. However, I came with my son. We both had the same appt. time and we were both done with the hygienist at just about the same time. The doctor and his assistant "checked out" my son and he was ready to leave. However, I had to wait another 20-30 minutes for the doctor to check me out. I think it would be a good policy to keep parties that are together (parent and child) as a unit... there was no good reason to have such a big time difference between us when we were both done and right next to each other. more

Pleasantly surprised 10/26/2011

I was truly impressed w/the office, the level of professionalism, the staff was really personable & friendly. Also Dr. A Szatkowski was really Good! I dread going to the dentist due to always having to tell the Dr I can still feel pain. I barely felt the needle he used to numb me. He has a really light touch! The only reason why I gave 4.5 is due to the referred dentist office wasn't given all my the films. I was Impressed w/referral process. I liked the Dr. at the other office He explained everything very well. I would definitely refer others. Oh and the gift was the cherry on top, a really nice touch. Painless Teeth Cleaning and Service with a smile 10/25/2011

Donna is a gem, and everytime she cleans my teeth I feel more like I am going out for lunch with one of my friends, than having my teeth cleaned. She is funny, caring, takes my mind off the cleaning with her interesting conversations. Then comes Dr John, my painless dentist, he is always smiling and gentle- I have told him he is never allowed to retire. The staff is so welcoming and helpful up front. This is why I have been a patient for over 15 years! more

He is a great dentist my husband and i travel from flordia just to come have him do all our dental work and will not go any where else no matter what kind pain we are in will only see him there is no one more gentle with a caring and wonderfull staff would tell anyone if in area or can get to area use him you will be hooked also price is great also thank you for all your hard work the weaver more

Rooting my canal..... 10/24/2011

Once again the fine professionals at ADC came through in the clutch. Experciencing nagging pain in my upper jaw over the weekend I fully expected my phone call on Monday morning would result in an appointment for another day. Not at ADC....Imagine my surprise and satisfaction when I was wisked into the office within an hour of my call.... A mere 55 minutes later I was happily winding my way down the stairs the proud owner of a newly minted root canal.... Now, where are those caramels???? more
