Very Friendly , Well organized and efficient office staff . Dr. Szatkowski is a very good dentist As well as his assistants.Office is very Clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Worst

Appointment was for 10:40. Name was finally called at 11:00. Sat in chair another 20 minutes before seeing Dr. Szat. No explanation. No appology.

I was taken immediately. The dental hygienist was very thorough and nice. The doctor was very personable and seemed to truly care. It was one of the fastest, most efficient dentist visits I've had!! more

Rick Reshew's Dental Procedure Experience 4/28/2011

While my overall experiences have been excellent, I am extremely frustrated because on my most recent 2 visits (one was today), Dr. Giannelli stated that she would provide a brochure on something that I could opt to get that would definitely help my teeth / bite, then never followed through on it (the brochure was never provided - even after I reminded her about it today). She also spoke to me while she was working on my teeth today (which was not a good time to be talking to me about something she wanted me to get, etc.) and stated that she wanted me to pick up something at Walgreens for my teeth, but again, did not follow through after my procedures were finished on what that item was. Associated Dental Care 4/27/2011

Associated Dental Care in Addison is excellent. The staff is friendly and competent and the video screens above the dental chairs are a dream for the kids. I would highly recommend them. more

Very good, quick and I'm glad she split it up into two sessions, glad to have time to recover from the deep cleaning to a regular visit. I can't believe how much better my teeth already look, please tell her I'll floss! more

My husband and I scheduled our appointments back to back so that we could bring our son. Our appointments ended up overlapping and the kind ladies at the front desk entertained him with crayons and some coloring pages. They went above and beyond and we are very grateful. Thank you so much! more

All of the staff are highly professional and friendly as it has always been for the 20 plus years that my wife and I have been availing ourselves of the services of Associated Dental Care. We consider "Dr. John" to be a good friend as well!!!! We are in good hands!!! more

Associated Dental Care has been my dental provider for close to 30 years. I have always been satisified with their dental work, teeth cleaning and office personnel. My children (who still live in the general area) and their families still choose Dr. Mackenbach as their dentist and Donna as their hygienist. They are like a little family. Everyone is always upbeat and professional. more

I have been a patient of Dr Machenbach's for 20 years, and have the utmost trust in his ability, gentleness, and direction and fairness in services rendered. His Hygenist Donna is a gem, always smiling, professional, and excellent at what she does..plus a great sense of humor to distract you from the task at hand. I would never go anywhere else! His staff is always very helpful, esp Debbie. more
