While my overall experiences have been excellent, I am extremely frustrated because on my most recent 2 visits (one was today), Dr. Giannelli stated that she would provide a brochure on something that I could opt to get that would definitely help my teeth / bite, then never followed through on it (the brochure was never provided - even after I reminded her about it today). She also spoke to me while she was working on my teeth today (which was not a good time to be talking to me about something she wanted me to get, etc.) and stated that she wanted me to pick up something at Walgreens for my teeth, but again, did not follow through after my procedures were finished on what that item was.
