Dr. Susan Mack is the most amazing vet in the state. I drive over an hour to bring my dogs to see her. She is worth it. She is compassionate and diligent in her work. She will do everything possible to save your animal. Her staff is amazing. On top of all of this they are the most affordable vet I have ever been too! Really words cannot express how wonderful this place is. Your animal will be in good hands here! more

I have lived all over the U.S. and have experienced a multitude of vetenarian clinics over the years. I have more faith and comfort with these 3 vets than any of the others. They have helped me through everything from birthing puppies to providing loving comfort during deaths of my pets. This clinic (I include all the technicians and assistants, too) is a wonderful place if you have pets that need medical care. They will explain everything and take time with you, unlike other places that usher you out the door without as much as a ""Goodbye"". My latest medical problem was extremely serious, when my Boxer female developed a horrendous mastitis and 106 degree temp. Because of their extensive knowledge, experience and caring, my girl is alive today. I will never go to another vet clinic, NEVER!!! 2 dogs with special challenges and 2 cats also with their own quirks. We've been taking our pets to TBird Vet for 6 years and have no complaints. They are super caring of both our pets and us. And they handle the touch-my-paws-and-get-bit dog with admirable skill. Recently one of the cats had to have a leg amputated. They explained everything, did the deed and did such a good job that the cat caught a gopher two weeks after the surgery. What more can I say? They're wonderful caring vets and they obviously love all animals. more

We took our puppy there to get his first shots! He is a baby so he gets nerves. The staff took care of both of us :) I was pretty scared too. They treated our puppy so well. The staff made the whole exsperince, they where nice and very professional! I will take my dog back. There prices are very good also more

We recently moved to the Norman area. We have 4 dogs and was trying to locate a vet for our babies. A lady I work with highly recommended Thunderbird Veterinary Hospital. My Miniaturen Schnauzer developed a sore on his side that was getting infected. I took him to Thunderbird Vet and the girl at the front desk informed me that they didn't have any openings but could see me the next day. I quickly explained to her that he can't wait until tomorrow due to an infection. She again told me that they were completely booked that day. I was very surprised especially since the waiting room was totally empty. I immediately left and took him to another vet and he definitely had an infection. I was very disappointed! If she had of offered working me in, I would not have minded waiting at al but that was never an option. Cons: No walk-ins accepted more

When my jack russell, Oscar, had a severe kidney infection - they saved his life. They have the most caring, friendly and sincere people working there. Even though Oscar needed to have surgery, they didn't charge us an arm and a leg for it. They have been real kind as to let us pay for his surgery in smaller payments.
